Draft a complete HR policy handbook — leave policy, code of conduct, POSH compliance, work-from-home policy — aligned with Indian Labour Law and Shops & Establishments Act.
Project 2: Recruitment Simulation
End-to-end hiring drive — JD design, sourcing through LinkedIn and Naukri, AI-powered screening, structured interviews, offer negotiation, joining formalities.
Project 3: HR Grievance Handling
Live case-study workshop — handle real grievance scenarios with structured documentation, escalation protocol, and resolution within statutory timelines.

Build the complete documentation suite — appointment letters, NDAs, increment letters, exit letters, relieving letters, full and final settlement formats.
Project 6: SWOT Analysis Project
Conduct a workforce SWOT for a sample organisation — identify hiring gaps, retention risks, training needs, and present recommendations to mock leadership.
